Vultr is my preferred cloud provider nowadays. It's easy to use, provides an excellent raw performance in terms of CPU and IOPS and it's reasonably affordable (the pricing model is simple, compared to the flagships AWS and Azure). I have several VPS running there for almost two years and even a Windows 10 desktop.
Most of the complaints I've seen were from people not following basic IT guidelines (like don't having a backup). Things can fail, even on an environment like that, so you better keep snapshots (or enable the backup routine which takes snapshots on a regular basis) and have some kind of remote backup.
Unfortunately, I don't use it for 3CX because the closest datacenter from me is Miami, which adds a 100ms of latency just for start.
@MrUn1x , does your 3CX always had behaved like that? The recording is suddenly interrupted (the recording file really ends) or the recording keeps going in silent? There's a new kind of instance on Vultr called High Frequency, it will cost you just another $1/monthly and they perform even better. Although I don't think it's performance related, It might worth trying taking a snapshot and restoring to this new model before pursueing other possible reasons.

Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
