Wallboard Custom View

Hi,

Do you know when you will be enabling the API? We want to create a custom view wallboard. We need it to show "Agents available". Is there a way we can already customize the wallboard? or is this something in progress?

Charles, you can use the Call Control API to build your own custom Wallboard. The call events are available in the API, but you would have to keep track of the data yourself.
