I've seen this question asked many times over the years but never seen a good answer. I have a Raspberry Pi hooked up to a TV that I want to show wallboard or queue status. I use piSignage to control the raspi. I created a dedicated wallboard user account but I need to login. Anyone have a good solution to this?

What you say wallboard, you do mean you are in 3CX Webclient?
Or do you have some kind of customization and use of the 3rd party application to get data from the Phonesystem?

Yes I'm displaying the webclient on 2 screens. One shows the wallboard view and the other shows the queue. Just wondering if I can send login info in the headers like Basic auth or if there's another way besides me hooking up a keyboard and logging in periodically. I'm not present at some of these locations. Just trying to automate that signing into the webclient.

Maybe you could use PWA, one in Chrome browser and the other in Edge.

To automatically login to piSignage on your Raspberry Pi, use browser autolaunch in full screen mode with pre-saved credentials. Create a script that runs on boot and opens a browser with your data. Ensure that credentials are stored securely in the script.
