We have a wallboard (a TV with a web browser) for use in our small call centre.

Since the upgrade, if we log in it simply shows the 3CX logo and says "Disconnected. Waiting for network."

I have verified it's connectivity to the 3CX server (hosted) as well as the wider internet and checked to make sure it's not blacklisted.

Any ideas why this has stopped functioning?

We're on Pro.

I haven't tried a reboot but the wallboard is available from other devices on the same network including PC and mobile phone. Just not our wallboard.

I'm wondering if something added to the web portal in the upgrade is incompatible with the web browser the TV uses...

That would be sad... what's the browser specs on the TV?

Have you tried cleaning the cache of the TV browser? I know the wallboard changed a bit in v16, that might cause it to not work. Also, it may just need to be relogged in.

I'm not sure. It's a recent Samsung TV and the browser identifies itself as "Samsung Web Browser 2". The OS is Tizen.

Yes, I've tried clearing the cache. I can get to the login screen, it's once I put a correct username and password in that it tells me it can't connect.

The TV browser should work just fine, it is based on WebKit, like Chrome.

Does the webclient works on other devices?

Is there a way on this browser to get a console log? There might be an issue we can't see.

Having put up a bunch of TV's for our own internal wallboards, we found it hit and miss on what would work on the browser on the Samsung TV browsers we have. Some things would work, but some controls would not so in the end we just put little NUC PC's, or HDMI PC sticks to give us a full Chrome browser with updates.
Will be interested to hear that the wallboard can work direct on TV browser though.

Webclient works on all other devices on the same network.

Unfortunately, the browser is pretty locked down so i can't open a console window. I can get into some basic settings, delete the cache / cookies and change some other minor settings but that's it.

It worked perfectly on this particular TV up until V16 was installed.
