Wallboard option missing from switchboard

running 3CX Pro v.14SP2 in trial mode...

the wallboard option was showing from the dropdown list in the switchboard manager last week - today its not - just user/receptionist/manager

I have queues setup, I'm a logged in agent in those queues and my extension is also a manager.

I'm guessing I must have changed something somewhere - but not sure what?

any ideas?

I can't think of why this could be happening, but may I suggest you uninstall the 3CXPhone app (not the Phone System) and re-install it, then reprovision?

thanks - tried that, but the same.
rebooted 3cx server just to be sure.

must be something simple?
Is it something due to me being on the pro demo license?

After investigating further. apparently when in the Demo Version this option is not available.
