Way to disable * from exiting the queue

Is there a way to disable Star(*) from exiting the queue and going to destination if no answer? We want to enable callbacks, but the option to accept the callback is *. If they initially choose to stay on hold, and decide they want a call back later, They disconnect themselves.

The caller can dial 2, when in a queue to get a call back.

You can not disable * in the queue

I would like to offer the callback option after a certain amount of time instead. What if a customer accidentally presses * while on hold in general?
