For the last few months, we respond to a text and it will go to a different user sometimes. We only text in the US with a +1, our inbound messages do not show the + only the 1 and number and creates a new field 
Not sure how to fix it, we use Flowroute and it just became an issue recently, it happens with old text numbers from about a year ago too, randomly. I had Flowroute investigate but their text logs are correct with the proper text number inbound and outbound. Any ideas on how to fix this?
