We can't load the 3CX server Debian OS Update has failed

Got this message this morning and now our 3CX server is not loading.

Subject: 3CX Debian OS Update has failed - xxx.elastix.com
3CX attempted to update your 3CX Debian OS at xxx.elastix.com from Debian 8 to 9 and failed.

This may be caused by changes that have been made to the OS after installation. Attached is the log file that shows where the update failed.

We haven't made any changes to the OS.

Hello @peter gardner

Did you use the 3CX iso to install Debian or the default Debian ISO? Also did the update happen automatically or did you manually trigger it? Do you have a backup of the PBX?
