We want to play 2 prompt , 1 is in front , 2 is after. but if 2 start ,1 will stop
music on hold and intro prompt will mix ,it doesn't meet our requirement.

Please provide additional information. It sounds like we are talking about queue calls specifically. Are you trying to have the music on-hold not play at the same time as the prompt? Is it possible to record the prompt as part of your music on hold audio?

Yes, I am trying this, if we record as part of music, it may cause 1 when agent pickup the phone, the prompt not play fully as required.

If the issue is that you need to play a mandatory prompt (disclaimer for example), and you don't want the music on hold to play at the same time, this is not possible in 3CX. One option might be to use different on-hold music that is at a lower volume to make it easier to hear the prompt.

We do have two add-on tools we have created that may help. 3CX Recording Beep (can also play a 1-time prompt), and 3CX Agent Greeting (plays when the agent answers the phone). Either tool would probably solve your challenge.
