Web Admin Access - raspberry pi

Hello Community

We run 3CX on a raspberry pi, and for some reason I am being denied access to the Web interface with incorrect username or password message.

I still have access to the server through the pi account

I have checked that I have the correct password by inspecting the backup file, but I cannot log in.

Can anyone help with suggestion as to how to overcome this issue?

Did you check if your IP address is blacklisted maybe?

It was but the blacklisting has expired now, but I can't get access still

Did you double checkthe DB to make sure the address is not in?
I think once you are blacklisted, you stay in for ever unless you go and clear the DB.
If you can't get in, then it is most likely wrong username / password..

It's simple to see if it's a blacklist problem, try to access from another device with other IP adress and see if login to MC is ok or not.
If you log in successfully then search for blacklisted IP, if not then problem is not related to blacklist.

Also , have you given restricted access to certain IP only in security settings?
