Web app access roles

Hello,

i'm wondering about the roles concept of V20
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/

i would like that same user can use the "supervisor" features, like barg-in and so on, and should only see his own call records and not all call records from user in same departement,
is that possible?

Basically when i set supervisor for a user, he can see his own recordings and the recordings from other what is not wanted. but he need to have the barge-in and listen features.

Regarding your question, individuals in this role and other senior positions as outlined in the guide will have access to all records of users within the same departments they belong to. Currently, there is no way to disable this.

thank you for your answer.

the need of the customer is that all users are recorded and each user should see only his own recordings.
then for 6 specific users, they need between them 6 to can use the listen and barge-in feature.

i tried to set individual departements foreach user where eah user is alone, that resolve the problem of call recording view but by the way also cancel the possibility to can listen and barge-in another colleague.

It there not a way to address these idea playing with departements?

in call center configuration, many colleagues should be able to help junior member by barge-in and listen, but that do not means they must be able to listen their recordings, it is usualy reserved to manager or supervisors, should it not? or am i missing something?

Hello,

Have you used the Options in User->Edit->View? This allows certain permissions, such as the Barge-In etc, to be granted to plain users.

many thanks for your answer, got it!! it match exactly what we need.
By this way, i set permission role Receptionnist to my small group of users. that permit them to manage the company phonebook,
then individually i set them the recordings right to can see their own recordings and finally on menu user->edit.>view i set the barge-In feature for the main departement where this 6 users are, and that match perfectly all needs.
