Web app calling wrong extension but deskphone working fine?

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone might have an idea on this one. One customer is reporting that when they call a particular extension in the web client it calls the wrong extension but when calling the same extension from the deskphone it calls the right one?

Did you check the logs regarding this extension?
