Web App Icon Colours

I hate to ask this as im sure its just random, but someone very "needy" has asked me why or how the icon colour is chosen, any clues?

Each 3CX instance has a virtual Twister mat. When an EXT is created the pointer is spun and wherever it lands..

If they want to change their colour, tell them to change their icon from the webclient.
