Is it possible to web browse into STUN extensions on remote sites?

We have a remote site with 2 Yealink phones hanging off of a modem router, we want to be able to program the buttons through the phone interface but I'm not sure how to proceed as the PHONE UI option is greyed out on the Management Console.

You would need to change the web server ports on each phone to something unique and then forward them at router/firewall level. Similar to the way you would for SIP/RTP ports on the phone.

Simple answer, you can not connect to the phone gui via the management console

One solution, create portwarding / port translation on the router to be able to access them - will require two configs on the router

i.e. port 8080 is translated to port 80 and forwarded to phone 1 internal IP address
port 8081 is translated to port 80 and forwarded to phone 2 internal IP address

3CX Provisioning lets you program BLF keys from 3CX management console and then you re-provision the phones and they will update their keys automatically.

You can manually change the keys as mentioned above by doing port forwards. Just make sure the admin password of the phone is a secure password.

Agree with above,

Any reason you are not using provisioning,

We use custom templates so that the phones can have a second account, this stops the BLF provisioning from working as well as needing to use one of the soft buttons for the 2nd account.
