I have an Azure Instance running 3CX and the certificate is expired and I can not renew it.
How can I renew the certificate?

Hello @MikePY

Are you using a custom FQDN or a 3CX provided one? Also do you have active maintenance?

I'm using the FQDN of 3CX and I have active maintenance up to 04/14/19.

Please note that the certificate renewal is automatic and the PBX will try to auto-renew the certificate every night. Did you receive an email that the renewal failed? If so did you get an error?

The certificate expired on August 11 and I detected when I tried to access to admin interface.
Our 3CX is only used from Monday to Friday from 8AM to 7PM, after hours the VM is shutdown on Azure.
How can I force to renew the certificate?

I would recommend leaving the VM running for one night so the PBX can activate the certificate.

ok, I will try tonight. Thanks

Let us know of the results.

It's working. This morning the certificate is valid for other 60 days. Thank you.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
