WEB chat stopped working

Web chat stopped working.
1. link was working from website to 3CX until one day it stopped and icon greyed out
2. Rechecked setup on 3CX, Firewall port and Nat forwarding then Wed site to make sure there were no changes
3. Completed log checks on all systems nothing to indicate cause.
4. Deleted plugin, chat link on 3CX and completed setup from scratch.
5. Checked and tested https://www and https:// as recommended. This made no difference.
6. Pasted the link from 3CX into a web browser and it works.

I suspect a broken webpage, but there is no errors to indicate that.

Hi,

In the config the proper URL of the web page the chat is being loaded in needs to be present. In some quick-setup hosters this embedding happens via iframes on their systems whose URL might not be permanent. This is just a thought as we don't have any specific error to go by.
Logs in verbose might give some information on what is happening.
