Web Extension Answer Button grayed out

Has anyone ever seen where the answer button is grayed out in the web extension? There webclient is set to use the browser extension and yet the call comes in, it's displayed but the answer button is grayed out. Tried it on a different computer as well with the same results. For now there using there iphone app which is working but there home wifi isn't so hot.

To confirm, when you say the webclient is set to use the browser extension, you mean the option is selected rather than just the browser extension is installed?



Can you provide us some additional information? Which Browser is being used, and what version is it?

Correct my user has there browser set as your screenshot. I'll see what information I can find out for the rest of the details.

Thanks @JohnS_3CX. The behavior in that thread seems to be what that user was experiencing. My user is on Vacation but once they return I will follow up.

I do have another problem, which maybe it is similar to the problem of everything grayed out it's just manifesting itself differently. My web extension using MS Edge v90.0.818.56 and a few others using Chrome V90.0.4430.212 with extension version 4.3.0.348 have started to act like they won't fully load sometimes. So it's just the webextension window with the 3CX logo and that is it. If a call comes in it will ring, but there is of course nothing to click on as it's just the 3CX logo. In this state we have to reload the web extension and then everything is fine. Hopefully the electron app comes soon
