I thought I can use my own FQDN for web meeting as well as 3CX panel domain. However, it doesn't seem to work in that way.
Should I use xxxxxxx.3cx.net for webmeeting FQDN?
I manually changed webmeeting FQDN, and now I need to get it back.
How can I obtain new 3cx.net FQDN for my webmeeting FQDN?
Thanks

It would be best to use the 3cx.net FQDN.

If you go to Settings, Conferencing does it allow you to choose cloud for MCU server?

I would try that and then synchronize.

Hi George,

All webmeeting FQDNs are 3CX based, even if you use a custom FQDN for the rest of your 3CX system.

This is because the meeting is hosted on the 3CX cloud-based MCUs. It is automatically generated based on your main FQDN similar to this:

Custom FQDN: pbx.john.com
Resulting WM-FQDN might look like: pbx-john-com.3cx.net

If you modify anything manually I would expect it to stop functioning properly.
