How do I set a password in a web meeting,
Just in case someone is not in the meeting
And enter the web meeting through the link

There is no password protection for webmeetings.

You can however create a meeting and add participants, who will receive an email from the 3CX SMTP that has a personalized link.

When they join with that link, no one else will be able to use that link.

If you use an ICS or Outlook, yes the link is unique and generic for everyone. They will be asked their name on login.

If you use 3CX Direct Email, the system generates a unique link per attendees pre-assigned with their names.
