I had done my integration of CRM with 3CX. But Web visitors inbound calls are not capturing in call journaling.
This is by design, because you don't have a caller's number in that case, so there is no way to match a contact from your CRM. Only calls coming through a SIP Trunk trigger the CRM integration.I had done my integration of CRM with 3CX. But Web visitors inbound calls are not capturing in call journaling.
Couldn't it use the email like it does for lookup? Then use that contact to log the "call".This is by design, because you don't have a caller's number in that case, so there is no way to match a contact from your CRM. Only calls coming through a SIP Trunk trigger the CRM integration.
The email is not received in the Call Control API for the WebRTC call, this is why this was not implemented. Of course, this could be improved in the future, but changes are required.Couldn't it use the email like it does for lookup? Then use that contact to log the "call".
Ahhhhh makes sense! I was wondering why it wasn't following the regular flow! The email is not received in the Call Control API for the WebRTC call, this is why this was not implemented. Of course, this could be improved in the future, but changes are required.
