Alternative REST API interface for managing some objects in 3CX such as active calls, users, queues, groups, phonebook and call control.

The product allows you to implement the following 3CX management cases:
  • Getting a list of active conversations
  • Click-to-call or making an outgoing call from the CRM system
  • Call termination by extension, queue and external number
  • Automatic outgoing calls using IVR or a queue of call center operators
  • 3CX phonebook management and synchronization with CRM system
  • Getting status and managing 3CX queues. Adding and removing operators and queue managers.
  • Reading and managing extension status
  • Extension management e.g. adding and removing users
  • WebAPI also records the history of changing extension statuses

All methods are independent of the use of the client application. WebAPI does not depend on using the 3CX CRM template.
There are both builds for Windows and Debian.

You can download the collection for Postman and try it on our test environment.
The option to download and install WebAPI on your own 3CX server for 15 days is also available.

Limitations.
Root access to the server is required.
The product is incompatible with 3CX SMB.

Where do I get the webapi access key

Hello everyone;

Thank you for this system, OlegOLP. I would like to reiterate Blutarsky's question: do you know where to find the AccessKey for his 3CX account to directly make a request for an outgoing call? Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards

Thank you, OlegOLP, for your feedback.

Hello, OlegOLP,

My company is considering your product for deployment on our 3CX instance. A WHOIS analysis of your domain name indicates that your team is from Russia. Please comment on this.

I am sure that for many other 3CX users (including Creatio clients) it will be important to know this information.

Thank you.

Yesterday we successfully deployed our integrations using this solution.
Simple webhooks is what we wanted. @OlegOLP was constantly in touch and in real time helped us achieve success. It was a very good experience, I recommend this solution.

Thank you, @OlegOLP .

No. the method initiates a call and at this point in time there is no information about the call id yet

Wait a bit, 3CX is coming with an official call control web API. In the meantime, the configuration API is also available.
