Webclient No DTMF

I have a door-phone i10v. I can open the Door with a DTMF code fine with other wired phones, iPhone and Windows-Client. With the webclient I am not able to open the door. I tried a Test-IVR which worked. Any ideas, why the Door-Phone not accepting the DTMF only from the webclient?

We recently had a similar issue with some of our supported models (the i10v is not supported).

Fanvil detected the problem with the way it handles DTMF and provided us with updated firmware that fixes this.

It's probably a good idea to see if they also updated the firmware for your model from their website. This should enable the i10v to receive DTMF from the webclient.
