Webclient on Terminal Server

Hello,

We have a customer using the Webclient in a Terminal Server enviroment. I want to upgrade the 3CX hosted to V20. Is there something the customer needs to do in Terminal Server to get the last version of the Webclient, or is it something that happens automatically when a user open the Webclient?

This process occurs automatically; however, you must ensure that the IP phones are assigned to the same extensions as the web clients on the RDS server. The web clients should be configured in CSTA mode and paired with the corresponding IP phones. This ensures that call audio is routed through the IP phone, not the RDS session, as audio streaming through RDS is not supported.
