Webclient Panel Arrows meaning?

Can someone explain what the numbers under the extension mean? (see screenshot below)

Green is answered queue calls, red is rejected/missed.

Hi @Wesley Telecomlijn,

Just a note that if you have a 'ring all' strategy, if the call is Abandoned, all logged in members of the queue will receive a red arrow as per your screenshot. It may not be indicative of people not answering the calls, and reports would be more accurate for that purpose.
