Webclient pops up on mac

Hello, just switched to 3CX, installed chrome extension, but I have a "problem": every now and then, client extension pops up, and if I am running chrome on full desktop, it switches to web client in full page. Is there a way to solve that ? Thank you

Hello @Simviera ,

To open the Web Client from Chrome Extension, you have to click on areas that are not packed inside the extension functionality. On example is the "Contacts".

With an incoming call, the Chrome Extension will popup, your Browser will remain in full screen mode and it will not change anyhow by answering the call.

Please correct me if this is not your case.

hello Constantinos, sorry but I wasn't able to explain my case; the problem is that the 3CX page pops up every now and then not during calls; if I am in full desktop chrome, it switches to extension and show it in full desktop, so I have to go back to chrome

Try to configure it as follows by right clicking on the top bar of the Chrome on the blue phone icon > Options.
