Webclient scheduling of status changes

Is there a way to have end users create their own a schedule for status changes? If not, is this in the feature requests?

Hi Brian,

You do have a few options.

The first an easiest is from within the WebClient, where you can set a temporary status:


With this options, it's not exactly a schedule, but you can set a status you want for X amount of time.


The other options which you could use as a schedule is to use the MS365 Calendar Sync, when if you have MS365 integration, the user can create calendar events of the times they want to be in a different status, other that Available.

The last option is to grant the user access to the Management Console and limit that to only allow them to edit their own extension. They will have access to many more settings for their extension, but one of those will also be to set the Schedule for the profile switching.
