We present our first product for 3CX professionals - Webhook generator for 3CX.

The product generates events at any endpoint URL that occur with any incoming or outgoing external call in 3CX. The generator supports the format of GET and POST requests.

Webhook generator for 3CX was created for simple, intuitive integration with any CRM system (or service desk).
With the help of our product, integration partners have already been implemented with such systems as (SAP CRM, Zendesk, Bitrix24, MS Dynamics 365, Odoo, Creatio, Hubspot). Experience shows that CRM specialists, having a webhook generator without knowledge of 3CX, implement integration in 4-8 weeks.

With the help of the generator, you can implement several interesting cases

• Tracking subscribers at the stage of the voice menu and queue. This allows you to track the waiting time in the queue in the CRM system.
• Tracking missed calls at the IVR stage and at the waiting queue stage. The data gets into the CRM system to start the callback business process.
• The generator sends events both at the moment of receiving the call and at the moment of picking up the handset. This allows you to open a customer card at a convenient time
• Tracking outgoing calls, both successful and unsuccessful. This helps to track the quality of outgoing calls in the CRM system
• The generator sends links to MP3 recordings of conversations to the CRM system. This allows you to use the web player (without 3CX authorization).

The generator does not depend on the type of client application used (IP phone, softphone, smartphone). We have both builds for Windows and Debian. By default, we do not send an internal call event so as not to clutter up the CRM system. The product does not conflict in any way and does not depend on native integration using CRM-template.

Limitations.
The product is incompatible with 3CX SMB.
