Solved Webhook to redirect call?

Hi

When 3CX hosted pbx recieves a call, I need a webhook to ask my system, what "group" number the call should be redirected to. When a customer calls I need to look up in my SQL Server database which "group" number to forward the call to.

Is that possible?

Is your instance hosted by 3CX or it has been deployed to a self-hosted machine?

I believe what you're looking for is to use the CFD feature.

If your instance is hosted by 3CX, then this is not possible as per the restrictions

However, if your instance is deployed on self-hosted and your subscription is Pro or Enterprise edition, then you are able to use the CFD feature.
