Webinar API error: Request failed

Hello i recently add the the 3cx Webinar wordpress plugin on out website but i keep getting this error message
Webinar API error: Request failed
i using version

16.0.504

i checked the settings in the webinar form it looks all good also the meeting works fine from the FQDN but the plugin does not want to work
any idea about how to fix this issue ?

This happened to me, I had to restart the PBX and now it works fine

What is the FQDN you used in the plugin settings? It has to be the WebMeeting FQDN (on your Dashboard), not the PBX FQDN.

Took me a few times to notice the field name in WP "WebMeeting FQDN" lol
