Solved Webinar (Classroom) strange audio 3-way

Not sure how to describe it, so here it comes.

On one of the webinars (Classroom), one of the participants (A) was not able to hear the Organizer (O) however was able to hear participant (B). But hear comes the cracker. Participant (B) was able to hear Organizer (O) and participant (A).

Getting the participant (A) to rejoin and to restart the Webinar (Classroom) itself did not change the behavior.

Not sure how to tackle this and fix this. Anybody suggestions?

This is a bit strange. We're not aware of any issues like this with the 3CX WebMeeting platform.

Does this issue persist through multiple sessions or refreshing the page or even using a different meeting/link or MCU server?

It worked this time. Not sure what had happened. maybe a ghost in the system.

Good to know that it was an intermittent issue and not something permanent.

On a similar note, we're actually working on creating a new test suite that will help us find edge cases like this and see whether they are attributed to user networking conditions, MCU hosting hiccups or our software itself.

One of our biggest goal in this exact moment is to eventually have 100% of your meetings go 100% perfectly.
