Solved Weblogin or PWA app login shows that the extension not registered

Hello,

I have installed Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release) on-premise, when i log in user extension through web or pwa app it shows user is not registered and all the incoming calls goes to voicemail and outgoing calls from web / pwa app works, but if login same user on the mobile / desktop app, it can receive incoming calls without any changes.

So the question is why 3CX is not recognizing Web or PWA app logged in user

Hello @technotux,

With version 20, Webclients need to have notifications enabled on their computers.
Can you please make sure that you have enabled all the notifications on the browser first?
