Hi guys,

Not seeing anything on the service status page but we seem to be all getting 502 error messages when trying to host or join meetings.

As we're unable to select a specific server now we don't seem to have any real workaround.

Is this something you're aware of?

Thanks

Same problem here. Seems to be a problem with the 3CX Webmeeting servers. Status page says they're all operational though.

Same here.

Yesterday there were errors, too.

Error: Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

From time to time it was working then.

Today same errors and additionally 502 errors.

Thanks for the response guys, good to know it's not just me.

I am getting the same problem with my users too!

In your dashboard, click on Webmeeting Synchronization, then press the Synchronize button.

Try to join a meeting after it has synchronized and showed a green OK

There is an update on the issues here https://status.3cx.net/

Yep, tried this at the beginning and it got us so far but the problem re-appeared immediately.

Hi John,

We did try this however it now appears greyed out and unusable.

Thanks for updating the status page, it makes things a lot easier to report up the chain.

Hi all,

As per status.3cx.net, we've experienced some issues related to high load that we've gone ahead and addressed today by scaling up part of our proxy infrastructure. This should mitigate these 502 errors. We're also checking our proxy core software to try and completely eliminate these errors from appearing at all. In this current moment, 502 errors should not be appearing to anyone.

Regarding status.3cx.net showing our WebMeeting server infrastructure as functional, this is all technically correct.

There is 1 more layer of servers, the webmeeting director / proxy servers that sit in front of WebMeeting. These servers are only visible to our internal infrastructure monitoring software but not visible on the public status.3cx.net monitor. At a later stage, we'll try to make these servers visible to you as well.

We'll provide more information on the status of this on status.3cx.net once noteworthy progress has been made.

Hi @LeonidasG,

Thanks for a bit more info, it's always appreciated.

It'll be good once you've got the proxy servers linked into the status.3cx.net page, however even having the manual text based update is sufficient to know there's potential issues going on, if you keep this updated then I'm happy.
