Solved Webmeeting Add Participants error

When I add a participate to a webmeeting, and click the OK button, I get the following error:

An error occured while sending request to ourdomain.comort#

How can I troubleshoot this error? The outside world can contact my domain (I can access the console).

Possibly using a self signed certificate? Could you kindly PM me your FQDN to perform a few checks on our side?

Ok, yes that's probably it. I have a cert but had trouble figuring out the proper format it needed during install, and ended up using the key file that was on the server. Now I need to figure out how to get my cert installed without reinstalling 3CX.

Thank you for the help. I had found that guide but was unclear how to get the PEM files. I followed this post which was very helpful and worked perfectly.
