is it possible to change/rewrite the calender template?

Hi Theo,

The only things you can modify are seen under your management console (the email templates basically)

Settings > Email > Email Templates

Do you know, if in the near future we will be able to change the calender template?
We need to rewrite the calender template in german, reason beeing, E-Mail-Servers that are able to proccess calender invites, don't get the E-Mail invitaion in text form, they get only the calender invitaion.

Maybe I've the same question,
with 3CX direct email the info about date/time are only in ics attached file, i think it's important to be also in email description.
Otherwise people who use Thunderbird ( for exemple ) don't see the Date/time of the meeting.

I was also looking for this because the instructions in our default message are wrong.
To be clear I am looking for the template that controls the text inside the outlook calendar event after you accept a meeting.

As you can see the default says to dial the main number "OR" dial 700 (internal). This has confused several external callers because it should say call the main number "THEN" diall 700 and enter the conference ID.
