Webmeeting do not work

I scheduled a Web Meeting for test, my user is allowed to create one.

But only myself can see the webmeeting and enter then, the users, that I invited when i created, can not see the the conference.

Anyone knows what i'm missing?

Not sure I understand the issue...

Create a conference in 3cx Phone for Windows
Select users
add outside users
users receive an email
they click on the link to join the meeting.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "can not see the the conference"? Does the participant receive the invitation and clicks on the link and at the point, the conference does not load or he never receives the link to begin with?

Sorry but the other user hadn't click to install the program of 3CX Meeting.

We tested and worked very well.
