Webmeeting don't work with shared link

Hi,

I have a problem with Webmeeting in all custormers, the same problem. When create a meeting and share a link to guest's connect to this, dont't work in Edge, Chrome and Firefox, it`s work only in Opera browser.

Anyone know how solve this?

Hello,

If it does work with at least one browser, it looks like the meeting is up and running.

The PCs that fail may need to wait for a DNS update possibly.

Can you create a new meeting, check if it works, and if not then send me the link in a private conversation?

ok.. the problem persist. I send a link to you....

I think I understand the reason. I realized that when I create the meeting, if I wait about 3 minutes before sending the link to the other participants, it works normally.
I don't know why, but it works.

Hi,

Indeed your link seems to work OK. I was able to connect.

It may take a few minutes for the PBX to sync with the Webmeeting servers due to the load we had these days but it should be resolved now
