Webmeeting Hosted version activation and BW info

Hello

we have purchased the 10 user license for webmeeting hosted version, but we don't find anything where to put the activation license code, please give me some reply we have to do a meeting tomorrow morning....

We also have tried in the past the trial version and often we have the signal strenght bar low (or orange colour) , to have maximun performance what are the settings to do at firewall (Watchguard) ?
Our bandwith is maximum 1Mbit up and we'll have 10 partecipants (included the moderator)

The License Key is just for reference. When you purchase the Hosted WebMeeting your portal should automatically be created and you can access it from what I have been told.

Please let me know if you have not been given instructions on how to enter your WebMeeting Portal.

After looking into this a bit more, if you haven't yet created a WebMeeting Portal with the License Key you have you can use the following link:

To calculate the bandwidth you will require you can have a look at section "Calculating the total participants from available bandwidth" section in the following link:

Ok thankyou , but isn't easy to find information like this in the 3cx website ... I hope someone change it .

However I've registered the license so all ok.
