Webmeeting : meeting not found for new users

Hi,
we have issue with creating WebMeeting on new extension accounts - error Webmeeting : meeting not found .
Name, lastname, E-Mail is set.
Control Service rebooted.
3CX Server Version: 16.0.493
WebMeeting MCU: try any on Europe

Any old user working fine.

Update.

If I rename existing user then in web client the name is new but on webmeeting user name is old.

Sync is missing

I have this issue as well. I found that the email that is sent out through Invite Participants will not work. However the link to the open meeting works fine. Has anyone else been able to reproduce and resolve this issue?

I have the same issue on other 3cx instance at our clients.
Maybe someone will share a secret of the process conferences synchronization, so I can trace the entire synchronization path?

Update
I checked 3CX connections on my firewall when rebooting System Control service and found that 3CX can't contact to ip 216.239.38.21.
Unfortunately, this address at now is not available from Kazakhstan ISP's

This looks like a big problem using webmeeting in Kazakhstan (((

Ok you got it, I was going to suggest to open your firewall temporarily to ensure an IP is not blocked, but if your country is blocking certain destinations you will not be able to do much else.

You can change the preferred MCU to another designation that maybe the ISP is not blocking, but we cannot guarantee it will always work when ISP restrictions are in place.
