Webmeeting "Request Control" button is grayed out

I started the meeting.
Other user joined.
Request Remote Control is greyed out and can not be clicked.

Hello @craigreilly

Please note that the the organiser cannot request for remote control from the user joining the meeting. To do that you need to promote the other user to organiser. Once you do that both users can request for remote control
