Webmeeting Screen Sharing without webcam

HI I have seen this in another thread, which was resolved in a previous release. I am using 15.5 and if a user is in a web-meeting and want to share a screen , then the screen share is permitted but it is not actually shared. If you install a virtual webcam , then screen sharing works.

Just tried it now. No cameras on my PC, i start screen sharing, seems to work fine. A camera is not required for screen sharing.

Could you be experiencing something else?

Hi , thanks for that. No quite simply if a camera is disabled or not present the other participants do not see the screen. The moment a camera is available screen sharing works. I think there is a post going back to version 9 with this same issue. We must have webcams disabled for privacy reasons. But we want to use webmeeting as we do a lot of screen sharing. is there anyway to troubleshoot ?
