webmeeting send emails

There seems to be an error when sending email out using webmeeting. It seems to be only when using webmeeting as when i ask 3cx phone system to send welcome messages eg eg they all go through with out any problems. Any fix for this ? also port 5001 is open

-You'l need to make sure that your PBX certificate is not self signed but actually provided from a valid certificate provider.
-Port 5001 must be open.

Both pre-requisites must be met in order for e-mail sending from inside the meeting to work.
