Webmeeting will not load on Chrome.latest on MacOS 10.14.5

One particular Mac (sadly the one that really needs to use Webmeeting) shows the splash screen on the Webmeeting tab, with the user's name, but never gets further than that. Using a USB Logi 920 webcam that works fine elsewhere on other Macs
Webmeeting works fie for that user on other Macs with that webcam.
3CX 15.5 if it's at all relevant. Cannot upgrade to 16 yet

Try launching an incognito window, and entering the webmeeting first without any cam connected

If successful try to connect the cam and enter the webmeeting again with an incognito window
