I have setup the 3cx webmeeting using the 25 free client version and it has setup as companyname.3cx.eu
Is there an admin panel for this version as intimated in the manual or is that just for standalone webmeeting server?

The web meeting feature integrated within 3CX Phone system does not have a management interface as such other than what is in the PBX itself.

You can initiate meetings using 3CXPhone for windows from extensions that are enabled.
