Hi,

I've got a user having issues as of this morning who has not had issues with this in the past.
His 3CX web client on his desktop is giving "WebRTC line not available" and his iOS app just says "connecting". He can neither make nor take calls currently. I got him to switch to mobile data in case it was ISP related but his mobile connection behaves the same way. I've regenerated his extension, and even created a test ext for him but it still can't connect. Other users on the same install are able to connect and use the system fine.

What extremely basic network issue or setting am I missing here?

Regards,
Gino

Did you test by yourself to connect to the pbx? Firewallcheck ok?

Yep, I was able to connect to the PBX on his extension and made a test call which went through successfully. Firewall on the PBX is happy.

This looks like a SIP connectivity problem. Are ports 5060/5090 ok, UDP? SRTP?

Ran the firewall check on the PBX and all came back okay.
