WebRTC line is not registered

Hello,
One of my end users has this message in chrome.
WebRTC line is not registered
He has the last version of chrome for mac os x and the last version of the plugin/web-client.
The strange thing is that if I go to extension manager and turn the 3cx extension off and then I turn it back on, the error goes away.
Is there a solution for that?
What does this error means?

Hi @Hoygen83,

Can you double check that Chrome is up to date? If not, I'd try updating it and trying again. If that does not resolve, try from incognito mode to see if the issue continues to occur.

Does this occur after the mac wakes up or at any time (such as after booting it up)?
