WebRTC problems with video

Hello.
I installed the new 12.5 version, and I wan't to test the webRTC.
I have these problems:
- First I tried locally introducing manually the link in another PC on the same LAN. I can't see the remote video, only the local one.
PC1 calls to PC2 vía webRTC link and when PC2 enables de video, both PC's only see its own video, not the remote.
- When I tried with a remote machine, the problem is the same, I only see the local video.

I see that we have to open ports 9100-9199 UDP and the port 5001 TCP.
I have to open any port more?

I'm looking for something similar in the forums but I don't find anything. And the documentation and manuals about webRTC are very poor. The last manual of 3CX 12.5 have not anything about webRTC configuration.

Please, could anyone help me?

Yes, I have the same problem !!!

chat is working good on the webrtc call, but no audio and video.
camera is working but I see myself and other person sees himself.

how to solve this problem... ??

My problem was not opening ports 9100-9199. Here's the link of required ports that tech support sent to me:
