WebRTC requesting login details

We have been trying to set up WebRTC clicktocall but every time we try the link it requests a username and password.

We have no idea how to get around this.

We host 3cx on a VPS.

Hello I do not speak English but trying to help.
Verify that the folder is hosted page called WebRTC, have permission to access.
It has lately made a version upgrade?
