Website Chat 404 Error

Recently we started getting the following error when website visitors try to initiate a chat "404 user not found. Contact your 3CX Administrator and provide proper logon details." I can chat fine when we use the direct link "https://ideastage.3cx.us:5001/callus/#ideastagechat" But the website code generated by 3CX and embedded in our website has stopped working. We have not made any changes to the code.

Hi, where are you pointing this chat? could you please validate that the extension you are using is still available. if you get a new code do you have the same issue?

I figured it out yesterday. It appears we were using a very outdated version of callus.js - once I pulled the latest version from https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/livechatandtalk/v1/callus.js - it started working again. It appears they changed this entry id="wp-live-chat-by-3CX" on the latest version. Or at least that is my best guess. Thanks for the reply.
