Weird "allowed country code" problem

Hello

We have a problem on our 3CX servers

Can't call a number starting like 026225....
If I call it, the phone and the 3CX log just says "forbidden" with more explanation.

Numbers starting with 0262 are from Reunion island, which is located in Africa section in the Allowed Country Codes 3CX's list.
Checkbox is checked, which means should be allowed.

I'm trying another number, starting like 026297... and it's working without any problem.

Someone told me that I have to dial +262 instead of the ZERO... (so 2 times 262) and yes adding +262 instead of the ZERO, I can reach the destination.
So I need to dial +2622625...

What I don't get is why I can reach numbers starting like 026297... when I can't reach numbers like 026225... which are the same destination (Reunion island)

What's even more strange is that if I change the trunk provider, I can reach the 026225... without the need to add +262 in front.

I don't know where the problem is located.

We are based in France, and Reunion island is part of France. Normally we do NOT have to dial +262 in front because same country.

I think it's something with your provider, some provider call in internation format +xx . Check with your provider.

Check the 3CX Activity Log to see which calls are actually sent out to your provider, and if any are rejected by them, for being in an incorrect format. You may have to set the logging level to Verbose for all details.
