Weird issue with call audio on fanvil v2.12.20 and v20 pbx

Have a weird issue with a fanvil x6u-v2 where if someone calls the phone, they can hear the person on the fanvil. The person on the fanvil can hear the caller via speakerphone, but not by handset.

We have 2 of these in 2 completely different physical locations having this same issue.

They have several other polycom phones that are operating thru the fanvil x6u built in SBC and they are perfectly fine.

Possible firmware issue with v2.12.20?

Any ideas anyone?

Hi @ElementalWindX

This sounds more like an issue with either the handset or the cable connecting it to the phone.
Try changing the cable in case it is damaged and also check that is connected to the correct port behind the Phone.
